Kirk as President manages all operational and manufacturing activities within Heeter’s 140,000 square feet of facilities. He also leads the Sales, Customer Service and Information Technology teams.
Kirk joined Heeter in January, 2014, after having run several top print and fulfillment companies in the Chicago area.
Schlecker is one of the country’s foremost experts on inkjet printing techniques and applications. Schlecker led Heeter to be the first commercial printer in the United States to successively install two of Ricoh’s latest inkjet presses. He is a frequent panelist at industry events on software and inkjet technology.
Kirk has a background in Lean Manufacturing which helps Heeter continue to refine its standard operational procedures and bring better accountability within the company.
Kirk is a lifelong Chicago sports fan and avid bass fisherman. Kirk and wife Laura have twin girls that keep them very busy.
