Scott Heeter is the CEO of Heeter, a 75 year old, third-generation, commercial print firm that has adeptly navigated and grown in a rapidly changing marketplace. What started as a commercial print company has expanded under Scott’s leadership to include mailing, fulfillment, digital marketing and other innovative services. Heeter is annually ranked as one of the largest commercial marketing firms in in the country. Heeter employs over 140 full-time employees in Pittsburgh, PA and through a wholly-owned subsidiary, Duke Print and Graphics, in Cleveland, OH.
Scott is a 27 year veteran of the print industry, having joined Heeter in 1993. Scott ran the Heeter sales organization from 2002-2007, at which point he became President and Partner in the business. At the beginning of 2020, Scott became CEO. In this role, Scott leads the executive team and provides strategic direction to the company. Scott has also utilized acquisitions as a means to fuel his company’s growth as well as improve his firm’s competitive position.
Scott is a graduate of Penn State University. Since 2016, he’s been a board member of St. Clair Hospital and the St. Clair Hospital Foundation and served on several key committees. For 15 years he was on the board and the Executive Committee of the Epilepsy Association of Western/Central PA, including 5 years as the Treasurer. He’s a board member and treasurer of YPO Gold Pittsburgh and a board member of The Graphic Source and a member of PrintAmerica, a professional peer group.
Scott and his wife Dianne have 3 adult children, Sarah, Jake and Matt. He enjoys spending time with his family and likes to hike, travel, ski, golf and engage in water sports.
