EVP Tom Boyle opened by thanking clients for inviting Heeter Team Members to their internal marketing planning and strategy meetings as it helps Heeter better understand and deliver to their goals. He said this Open House was designed to be similar: we are sharing with our clients what Heeter and its partners see as major marketing shifts and technology advances with the goal of helping clients be stronger marketers.
CEO Scott Heeter described the evolution of its 2nd facility in Southpointe: growing from a 10,000 square feet fulfillment facility in its early days to 90,000 sq ft ‘state of the art’ Digital Print Center in 2022.
President Kirk Schlecker pointed out that Heeter has a history of being pioneers in weaving the newest technology into its operations. For example, Heeter was an early adaptor of Ricoh’s VC60000 inkjet platform and a beta tester of the VC70000 roll-fed inkjet. We are also working closely with a leading manufacturer on some ‘first of its kind in the world’ technology.
“Heeter continues to invest in equipment and automation that make our jobs as marketers easier and more effective. Today’s Open House showcased many of these advanced devices.”
Jody Neiswonger, Manager, Print Production at Giant Eagle
Heeter Production Directors provided tours of the latest equipment – from inkjet presses to finishing equipment- pointing out how these new devices can deliver better quality and faster output.
Attendees also got briefings on 2022 marketing trends from Ricoh and USPS postal promotions.
Heeter is appreciative of the clients who spent a few hours with us to see Heeter’s significant investment in the future and hear how they can leverage it to boost their marketing effectiveness.
