2021 has been a year of significant and positive change for Heeter. We acquired Ohio-based Duke Print, bringing significant new capabilities to our customers as well as new opportunities to our employees.
As we continue to grow and evolve in 2022, Heeter has identified the need to streamline our processes and empower our employees in order to deliver innovative services to our customers.
A major goal is to ensure that Heeter is focused on the success of the growth and development of our employees as well.
With this goal in mind, Heeter recently announced the promotions of several Managers to become Directors.
John is responsible for Premedia, Scheduling, Offset Pressroom, Digital Print in Canonsburg and Bindery at both the Canonsburg and Eastlake locations.
John has been with Heeter for 16 years.
Brandon is responsible for Inserting, Assembly, Fulfillment, Warehouse Operations, Shipping/Receiving and Drivers for all locations.
Brandon has been with Heeter for 31 years.
Kayla is responsible for internal and external IT resources, all IT/Technology efforts, certifications and the physical security of all locations.
Kayla has been with Heeter for 8 years.
Rissa is responsible for all Client Services functions. She leads a team of 14 Customer Service Reps and 4 Production Coordinators.
Rissa has been with Heeter for 3 years.
The promotions of these 4 exceptional leaders are a major step towards fulfilling this goal in 2022.
