Heeter Completes Its SOC 2 Audit for 2019 | Heeter

Client data security is of paramount importance to us at Heeter. With this in mind, Heeter adheres to a series of standards including Soc 2 Type II.

You may recall that Heeter completed its first SOC 2 Type II audit in June, 2018.

The audit report documents that Heeter’s information security practices, policies, and procedures are suitable to meet the SOC 2 trust criteria of availability, security and confidentiality.

2019 marks the second year of our successful Soc 2 Type II audit.

• The first year we received “Very Favorable” results with only 3 recommendations out of 100 – essentially a 97%.
• This year there were 0 recommendations –as close to perfect as one could get in this type of audit.

We’re moving forward on the HITRUST certification which we should have in place over the next year.
