In a list that was published in a special section of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on August 25, 2019, Heeter was named as one of the Top Workplaces in the Pittsburgh region.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey.
The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“Our designation of an employer of choice was a result of the team’s positive comments,” said Scott Heeter. “Only 90 companies made this year’s list. We’re honored, especially because the judges were our employees.”
The Heeter team will celebrate the award at a September picnic.
