In a list that was published in a special section of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on September 20, 2020, Heeter was named as one of the Top Workplaces in the Pittsburgh region.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey.
The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“Our designation of an employer of choice was a result of the team’s positive comments,” said Scott Heeter. “Only 90 or so companies made this year’s list. We’re honored, especially because the judges were our employees.”
