Position: Client Services Manager at Heeter
I manage a team of 15 Customer Service Reps and Production Coordinators.
Time with Heeter: 2.5 years
Time in Print/Marketing Industry: Nearly 20 years
Career: I grew up in San Diego and went to college in San Francisco. I worked after college for a co-marketing company in San Francisco as a Project Manager until my husband, Jacob, and I moved to Pittsburgh in 2006.
Before I joined the Heeter team, I worked for RR Donnelley as an on-site Account Manager at Dick’s Sporting Goods. Previous to that, I’ve worked with other printing companies: Schawk, Inc. and Southern Graphic Systems as a Promotional Project Specialist and Client Services Manager on-site at GlaxoSmithKline.
Personal Tidbits:
- Before we had children, Jacob and I paddled with the Pittsburgh Paddlefish Dragon Boat team and outrigger canoes. We competed all over the east coast and even competed in Panang, Malaysia in the World’s Dragon Boat Competition. We coached the youth Dragon Boat team at Three Rivers Rowing for a few years until we had children.
- I enjoy running and have ran half marathons, marathons, and relay marathons.
- My part-time job is to chauffeur to my two girls, Tria (10 years old) and Audrey (9) to their ballet and music lessons.
