Customer Support Specialist
Amanda just celebrated her 10th anniversary with Heeter in January, 2023.
She started her career in the print industry in the Sales department and then moved over to Accounting. Enjoying interactions with people versus numbers, Amanda then transitioned over to Customer Service. She sees Service as the ideal area for her.
Amanda supports a small group of larger Heeter clients. One of her favorite parts of the job is working with an early education client that produces picture books with Heeter. Amanda enjoys sampling the final products with her children who are delighted with the books.
Personal Tidbits:
- Amanda and her husband Seth live south of Washington, PA in the town of Amity.
- They have twin 2 year old children, Luxx and Rowyn. Since their births, Amanda and Seth spend their family time ‘on land’ with their toddlers–often at the zoo and trampoline parks.
- When she has time to herself, Amanda enjoys growing wildflowers in her garden. She loves giving bouquets to friends and family.
