Our Ricoh VC60000 inkjet web press has been a huge hit with customers since its installation in quarter 4 of 2015.
In fact, we saw the number of digital pages at Heeter increase 202% in 2016. This rapid growth has continued in 2017.
Accordingly, we’ve taken steps to further grow this equipment’s throughput. Over the 4th of July weekend, Ricoh sent in 3 crews, working 24 hours over 5 days to convert our press from a 400 foot per minute press to 500 foot per minute.
This upgrade will allow us to further ramp up production for our customers in the busy fall.
